Hey hi. So.. I went through a phase where I straightened my hair 24/7. My curls used to be tight but long (if that makes sense) and now I get random tight curls on one side and loose waves on the other. It's unfortunate and I wanna know if there's anything I can do to repair the damage I've caused to my curls. I straighten my hair once every two months.. If even. Anything? Anyone?
mixdgrlproblems Answer:
@theeuphoricbliss well if you want your curls to come back you have to give up on the heat for awhile, heat damages your natural curls. also do you sleep on your side? i sleep on my left side a lot and my hair grows differently than the right, ive started using satin pillowcases so my hair can breathe and wont frizz. try deep conditioning once a week. only brush your hair when its wet and has leave in conditioner in it. to loosen your curls, stay away from curl enhancing products, twist or braid your hair at night and put coconut oil in it.
any other suggestions mixies?
Thank you
